Appointments with Glenferrie Sports and Spinal Clinic can be made by ringing 9815 2555. Our staff will be able to schedule an appointment at your convenience.

You can also book directly online by using our online booking system

Please arrive 15 Minutes prior to your first appointment as there is some important paperwork for you to fill out. Our practitioners will do their best to keep your scheduled appointment times. Upon arrival let the Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre reception staff know you have an appointment and they will buzz you through to us.

Wear loose fitting clothing to allow the therapist access to your treated area. We can supply gowns if required, please ask your practitioner.

We appreciate payment on the day, and have HICAPS so that you can claim extras immediately from your health fund. It also can do EFTPOS and we take Amex, Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately, we do not have facility for other cards.

We are open 8-7 Mon-Fri and 8.30-12 Sat, however these hours are subject to change due to Practitioner availability. We are also closed during the main public holidays.

There is numerous parking available around Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre. Please note that parking officers are vigilant in the area. Occasionally during school pick times, and during the university term, the precinct can get quite busy. Alternatively, there is fantastic train and tram services right at our front door should you wish to utilise these.

Referrals for all our other practitioners are not required. You may however have been referred by your Specialist or GP. Please bring any letters or test results with you if you have them.

Health Care Rebates are available from your Extras Private Insurance Cover for our other practitioners depending upon your particular level of cover.

Our Physiotherapists are qualified to see all Workcover, TAC and DVA patients. Additionally, if your GP refers you under the EPC, you may be eligible for up to 5 treatments bulk billed.
